EPECo. has provided high quality professional engineering, land
surveying and planning services to educational, healthcare,
governmental, private clients industrial, commercial,
institutional and municipal clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
for 21 years. The
firm is strategically located in Bangor, PA which is located in
eastern Northampton County between Easton and Stroudsburg.
EPECo is a multi-discipline professional design organization
possessing the qualifications necessary to respond to virtually
every level of engineering/ surveying/planning responsibility.
The firm conducts a general practice of civil engineering
and land surveying including the planning aspects related to land
use. Specifically,
EPECo practices in all aspects of codes consultation, structural,
civil/site, environmental and construction phase engineering
services.
Our staff of 18, including a complement of many engineers,
surveyors, designers and CAD technicians, represents an
exceptional group of highly motivated and technically
knowledgeable personnel who pride themselves on project
fulfillment in a personal, timely and budget sensitive fashion.

Our
Land Development Group is structured to provide our clients
with personal attention throughout the project, from inception
to completion. The
remainder of EPECo’s multi-discipline personnel will
complement the Land Development Group. Virtually no aspect of
land development is overlooked.
We pride ourselves in being able to visualize and
resolve situations early on in the project design process.
EPECo’s land planning, design and surveying experience includes:

Site and Building Design, Forks Township Municipal Park, Forks
Township, Northampton
County, PA - Engineering design of site layout, drainage,
roadways, athletic field lighting, community center and
related utility systems for a multi-purpose park complex.

Wegman’s grocery stores,
Topographical survey for two sites in Northampton
County, including extensive highway
mapping for procuring PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permits. In this
application, EPECo acted as a sub-consultant to an engineering
firm in New York State that works extensively with the
Wegman’s group.

Survey and base mapping for various intersections proposed for
signalization, including:
Pen Argyl Borough State Route 512 at Weona Park, Forks
Township emergency driveway to Municipal Fire Department,
Laneco Department Store, Wind Gap, PA (State Route 512),
Laneco Department Store, Coplay Borough, PA, Wegman’s site
(State Route 512 just north of U.S. Route 22), Forks Township,
Sullivan Trail and Zucksville Road, etc.

Throughout the firm's history, EPECo has applied a reflective,
service-oriented approach in providing innovative, cost effective
solutions to unique engineering challenges presented by our
diverse clientele. A
fitting testament of the firm's resolve to be responsive to the
needs of our clients is exhibited in our continuing association
with Forks Township, Northampton County, PA for the past 22 years.
EPECo serves the several municipalities as Municipal
Engineer, reviewing various proposal, designing public works
projects, enforcing Sewage Regulations and assisting the Codes
Enforcement Office.
Over the years we have selectively increased our client base as we
have expanded the firm's resources to effectively manage
additional engineering and surveying responsibilities.
Many industrial, commercial, institutional and governmental
entities have discovered that EPECo’s stable and experienced
staff, working under the personal direction and supervision of a
firm principal results in the delivery of accurate and cost
effective engineering design.
EPECo has provided primary design and engineering for facilities
such as industrial plants; office buildings and residential
complexes; commercial facilities; cogeneration plant construction
and medical buildings; wastewater
treatment plants; community centers, and construction services
related to primary, secondary and post secondary level classroom
buildings with associated gymnasiums, swimming pools and stadiums.
With every design engagement it is the firm's goal to maintain a
production schedule that is satisfactory to the client. The
professional staff also takes pride in their ability to establish
accurate budget estimates and to successfully adhere to them
during both the design and construction phases. The firm's Quality
Control Committee has developed policies and procedures that
ensure the delivery of our best effort on each assignment.
